Executed a heating maintenance on a gas upflow. Equipment performed the sequence of operation in heating. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. Checked temperature heat rise and carbon monoxide measurements. Perform static pressure testing. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.
Arrived to provide an estimate for replacing three landscape fixtures and replacing four bulbs on three additional fixtures. Tested the fixtures to determine which ones required replacement. Additionally, took photographs of the wine cooler system for future reference.

Performed a heating maintenance on a split heat pump. Cycled system in heating, documenting temperature heat rise. Completed static pressure duct system testing. Client stated system makes excessive noise periodically. Source of noise was coming from refrigerant port caps vibrating when compressor is running. Noise is perfectly normal and has nothing to do with system performance. Cleared condensate drain line and left clean filter with client. System is functioning according to manufacture specifications.

I cut out the water damaged duct and reinstalled removed the piece of metal sticking out the drywall and patched
Perform annual heater maintenance on American standard rooftop pack unit. Changed 14 x 24 filter. Checked amps on inducer drop motor and blower motor checked volts and cleaned electrical/burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressure is also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Highly recommend to pull and clean blower wheel and housing and also clean Evaporator coil due to excessive buildup and avoid heating/cooling issues in the future. Also recommend installing HVAC surge protector to protect vital components within the system from blackouts power surges or faulty breakers. Emailed estimate for recommendations.

Arrived to troubleshoot a non-operational outlet and switch device. The switch on the device was no longer functioning; replaced it with a new outlet and switch receptacle.

Found water/mist spraying out of hard copper that was pinched and brazed by a plumber/contractor. Closest valve was closed but still spraying water. Found another valve on same line far down in attic area. Used extended grabber and pulled it shut. Mist instantly stopped and never came back. Did not see any water in drain line from hvac equipment. Very tight access with refrigerant lines and pvc could not get head in all the way. But source of water is not from ac system but from hard copper line. Videos attached. Recommended calling plumber to see what it is and if needed.
